This publication, co-created with the service design community, provides an overview on how service design is contributing to public services by identifying five related areas: policy making, cultural and organisational change, training and capacity building, citizens engagement and digitisation. 

The report serves the service design community, both agency and client side, who are interested in current practice and activity within the public sector on an international scale. It also benefits decision makers who may be unaware of the potential impact of service design approaches.
